Cancellation Policy
We want you to book with confidence. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work across every Casa de Bells unit.
Within 48 hours of booking
100% refundGuests are entitled to a 100% refund if they cancel within 48 hours of making their booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in.
After 48 hours, 7+ days before check-in
50% refundIf guests cancel after the initial 48-hour period but at least 7 days before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before check-in
No refundIf guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, no refund of the nightly accommodation cost will be provided.
Extenuating Circumstances
In the event of extenuating circumstances, including government policies, natural disasters, flight cancellations, or similar events, a 100% refund of all amounts paid will be provided upon receipt of supporting evidence.
